I made the mistake of shooting 55 gr Vmax bullets out of a 22-250. The bullet explodes coyotes, which if you don't keep the pelt, it's no big deal. I am currently using 39 gr DRT out of the 22-250, Greatest Investment Ever. 22 caliber hole going in, no exit hole. I have never had a coyote take a step. My taxidermist loves the ammo as well.

I am currently shooting 55 gr vmax over 35.5 gr of varget out of my 22-250, and I am also working on a load using the the varmint nightmare bullets.
